The manager Russ at this store is incredible. We had a few drinks made wrong and there was apparent miscommunication given when we tried to get them fixed but when we came in for it he was so pleasant and supportive about the situation regardless. Such a kind soul and much appreciated.
Coffee aside, which is 10/10, this staff is unbelievable. They remember our names every visit and make my day better whenever I step foot in this store. I’ve tried to cut back on my Starbucks addiction but every staff member makes it nearly impossible to avoid the place.
How does one review a coffee shop? It's like any sort of thing you might ingest. There is such various ways to describe what one tastes and experiences from taste. Some people like a bean that's not roasted much at all, which I find awful! Anyway, check it out if you want. Yes, it's a corporate entity but it also employs local people!
