This Starbucks has good drinks & food but anytime I’ve gone, they take a really long time to get your items out to you. This is NOT the location to go to if you are in a hurry. They will be behind and you’ll have to wait awhile, no matter if you go inside or you go through the drive through.

It's been a minute since I've been to a Starbucks. I walked in today and received amazing customer service! Jared is the most welcoming, warm and helpful ever! 😊. I enjoyed my cortado and my spinach wrap WITH Sriracha! Thanks, Jared! ❤️

I'm very disappointed. It seems that lately it's been bad. We get mocha fraps, and the last two I've gotten had issues. The first time it was barely sweet, like they didnt use enough pumps, it honestly sucked. The second time the mocha frap tasted like peppermint, like they didnt rinse their utensils or whatever. One of matchas we got seemed like they used matcha for a tall, and we got the largest size... the other time I clicked light ice, and it was like they put extra ice. And all these times I tip to help ya'll. I get it, it's fast service, but I'm sure there's are workers that are willing to care for their work, not just under supervision.

As far as starbucks go I really do enjoy this location. The drive through is prompt and getting in and out is pretty straightforward. Not attached to a safeway or some other grocery store, which is always a plus.

I have been here 4 times for Starbucks since the one near me closed, I have never once received the correct drink, 4 pumpkin spice lattes orders nothing special and every single one I was giving a random drink, today I was given a nonfat latte with 4 pumps vanilla… haven’t had help getting problems resolved had to go to a different Starbucks for help

I stopped by Starbucks today to try a fall menu item, which was my first visit in about six months. I had stopped going because the service had felt less friendly. Today, however, was a completely different experience - the customer service was phenomenal.
I ordered ahead and arrived a little before my pickup time, expecting to wait a few minutes. My order ended up taking about 10-15 minutes longer than anticipated, but while I waited, the barista at the counter, Cole, chatted with me. Even though it was just casual small talk, it turned out to be the best experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. Cole was kind, personable, and outgoing, and it left a lasting impression on me.
