Please read the reciept when its an online order. Toasting is simple. Yet because it wasnt cant get any refunds from uber eats on bread being wrong. Is it petty? Sure, but its the way i eat my sandwhiches. So tossed the entire sandwhich in the trash. 20 bucks for 1 sandwhich, gone.

The night guy always is shaking his head whenever I come in genuinely disgusted and disrespectful. Need some new people working who actually want the job and not doing it for money.

DONT EAT AT THIS SUBWAY!!! The food was decent and the manager was trying her best but it was a horrible and I think the drinks were toxic . I’m scared I’m gonna get food poisoning now. The ice machine had black fuzzy spots on it, we told the manager and she said it was fine because she didn’t find any. The lady behind us also got black fuzzy stuff on her ice and she told the worker but he seemed like a kid who didn’t care much, and so I don’t know if it’s going to be brought up to the managers attention. Then an older lady went and drank from the ice machine and the kid looked like he was about to tell the old lady not to but he just let her drink from it. I’m pretty sure everyone who drinks from their drink machine is gonna get food poisoning.

Not even worth a 1 star .. rude employees... hardly any toppings even when I order extra. Smh .. no wonder subways are closing
UNHYGIENIC PRISCILLA and POOR QUALITY FOOD. This review is based on an experience from over two weeks ago. I walked in and waited for someone to come out of the back for almost a solid five minutes. I looked at the clock and am sure this timeframe is accurate. When the woman (she had a name tag that said Priscilla that was pinned to her hat) walked up to the front, she was busy typing away on her phone. She acted irritated that she had to take my order. I saw her wash her hands as she began to make my sandwich but midway through (while it was being toasted) she picked up her phone and started playing with it again. Then she retreated to the back and didn’t come back out front for another 3 minutes (despite the buzzer going off from the toaster). I observed that she was still wearing the same gloves that were now contaminated from touching multiple surfaces including the phone that she didn’t want to put down for the short period of time it takes to make and complete a sandwich order. She never removed or replaced the gloves nor did she rewash her hands. I also observed her touching her face with these same gloves on. Apparently, the health department needs to train Subway employees on basic hygiene and sanitary practices. How does a grown adult not understand that washing your hands or wearing gloves does no good if you’re just going to touch your face and/or pick up a dirty phone and play with it while you’re preparing a customer’s lunch? She also made the sandwich with the least amount of vegetables (3 olives and 3 tomatoes on a footlong?) to where the sandwich had the least amount of “toppings” for it to even be called a sandwich. It contained no meat as I ordered a vegetarian and the veggie to bread ratio was skimpy, at best. I wouldn’t have cared so much about her unfriendly demeanor had she practiced basic hygiene and made a tasty meal for me. I ended up throwing it away due to how grossed out I was.
I wish I had said something but I shy away from confrontation and didn’t want to be accused of being a “Karen” by asking her to remake my sandwich with clean hands. I shouldn’t have to. Nor should I have to tell a “sandwich artist” to actually put some vegetables on a veggie sandwich. I will not be coming back.

I always love to come here when I have the chance. Although I have never really tried anything else other than the meatball marinara sub. I can't even explain how good their meatballs are 😋😋.

Great service thank you
Asked for 6 inch sub cut in half. It was not cut at all.
I asked for specific toppings, and it had lettuce, tomato and red onions. I did not want any of those and did not order my sandwich with them.

Just okay!
This location is just terrible. They usually only have one person working and it takes forever. They never have any of the ingredients and are always scrambling to make the sandwiches that they get the order wrong. Just save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.
I order here frequently since it's just a block away from work and every time I place an online order I get a whisper of veggies. The thought of lettuce if you will. How the hell is a 6in with just meat and essence of veggies supposed to fill me up.
Worker was rude, wouldn’t refill any of the sauces, wouldn’t let us finish our sandwiches she just kept closing it while we were talking! She also overcharged us! Terrible customer service and experience.
Timmy is amazing!!! We have gone several times and everytime she is extremely kind and has an amazing attitude. On top of that she makes amazing sandwiches! Made sure the sandwiches were made to our preferences and smiled the entire time! She went above and beyond for us! If I could I would give her 100/5!
