Legitimately the worst service of any subway I’ve ever been in. they never have more than one person working.

The woman working there at 6pm needs to be fired. She gave us old meatballs that were hard and the vegetables were old. She kept blowing her nose in front of us too. I noticed in the other reviews this isn't new. She should not be working in a food industry if she's not going to be sanitary.

The lady that made my food kept wiping her nose with her hand and trying to make our food she was putting stuff on the wrong sandwich’s the veggies were old and had stuff in them we ended up leaving because it was not clean and she was not being sanitary she had her hair over her head and eyes she never washed her hands. Not good experience

Sneaky

So listen, obviously sandwiches can be, like, such a good time. And who doesn't love kettle chips? But the highlight of patronizing this establishment is having the total cutie pie manager making your food. He's PRECIOUS. So kind, orderly and patient, even to the rude customers (not me, I'm always nice). He's always working alone though, which seems REALLY UNSAFE considering how handsome he is. He makes way too good of a Target for those who are anti-sandwich. Where is the rest of the team?? Oh and I only docked one star for the atmosphere because when I requested that he play Old Town Road, he (compassionately) told me no. That rejection crushed me just a little bit, but I'm sure that breaking hearts is part of the job, so it could have been worse. I just paid for my food and listened to it in my Pontiac, so I still got what I needed.

Good customer service, clean facility , fresh items, good pricing, parking was ok, made the sandwich the way I wanted , one of the few places that actually listens to instructions on certain ways you want things done. Good employees , polite and precise

Okay! So I think this is no fault of the employee…but the shift manager maybe? I don’t know why of all the fast food restaurants, a manager would think it’s a good idea to put one person on shift at a Subway…this poor woman is doing everything she can while people are mad at her for having to make online orders while dealing with a whole line of people at the same time. At LEAST 2 people should be on shift. Shame on the manager for leaving one person to work the whole store especially during lunch. I hope they get their stuff figured out, because that’s inexcusable and incredibly unfair to your employees. This is not the first time I’ve seen one person have to run this Subway location.

Ordered online and two of my sandwiches were wrong… how hard is it to follow written instructions? This is the second time we’ve ordered subway in the past few months and the second time more than one sandwich has been wrong.
And they have the audacity to ask for a tip before I get my order??

The gentleman working tonight with shoulder length hair went over and beyond. He was very kind and very patient. Thank you! All kuddos to you. Not only are you going over and beyond your making your customers happy. Your knocking it all out by yourself back there. Your cleaning the lobby, dishes, everything from what I can tell. And changes his gloves when needed! If this kid doesn't get noticed for his hard work. Than shame on the managers. This kid is going over and beyond. Thank you!

I went into Subway at 7:15 and never left until 7:53 for ordering 4 subs to go. The service was terrible! She was wearing gloves when I got to the counter, touched her hair, went to the back to retrieve more pepperoni, etc. and NOT ONCE changed her gloves to a new pair. They didn't have meatballs (which has been the case the last 2x I've gone there as well!) The counter was filthy with mustard in which she got on EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. OUR. SUBS! I didn't even want to eat mine afterwards....They say third time's a charm, but it's more like 3 strikes you're out.
