THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN FORT COLLINS. I haven’t had food like this since I moved back from Houston Texas where all the good Mexican food is. Very good food and even nicer people! I had 4 different tacos and I was very satisfied. They come with grilled onions, a grilled poblano pepper, and half a lime on top of all the diced onions and cilantro. Very good pricing as well and they have a table and chairs in the shade to enjoy your food. Give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed!

First time trying the tacos from here and hands down the BEST lengua tacos in Fort Collins. The guy at the truck was really professional. He gave even gave my girlfriend a free queso birria taco because she hadn’t ever tried one ( it was really good as well.
