The Farmhouse at Jessup Farm

Had brunch there today and every bite we tried was delicious!! The drinks were phenomenal, service was outstanding and made us feel completely comfortable even tho we had never been there before. The location is beautiful! From the actual restaurant, to the garden, chicken coop, patio, barbershop, saloon, ice cream parlor, boutique, & coffee shop; everything fits perfectly together. Highly recommend and we will DEFINITELY be back!

Everybody seems to love this place and I wish I did too, but apparently I must not be having good experiences. It looks so great from the reviews, photos, etc…but unfortunately I wasn’t privy to this again tonight as it was my second time eating at this restaurant and it will be my last. I had high hopes, but left disappointed. We ordered one appetizer which was ‘ok’ and each the large dinner salads which took 1 hour to receive! I understand if they were making something intense, but two salads? We also ordered bread with our salads which was over toasted, dry and barely had any butter on it.

As far as the atmosphere, don’t be fooled!! The downstairs is much nicer than upstairs! Despite having a reservation we were seated upstairs which has absolutely zip decor and zero atmosphere. Our waitress was nice enough, but was too busy with other tables and it took her forever to take our order. I love the concept of Jessup Farm and the surrounding area, but don’t waste your money!! Overpriced for the food portions and just OK. You’re better off cooking at home. :(

Great breakfast fresh squeezed orange juice

Fort Collins is full of fantastic upscale restaurants, with marvelous food and pleasant staff. Having been to every “high end” restaurant in Fort Collins, I can truly say that The Farmhouse at Jessup Farms is my favorite. They have a medium sized approachable menu of delicious options, with some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. The Farmhouse is versatile, with a rustic, but sophisticated look. You can get sloppy drunk with your old college room mate, or celebrate your 20th wedding anniversary, and fit in perfectly for either occasion.

Their menus are seasonal, so you can expect something exciting and new with each season. While I’ve been sad to see some of my favorite entrees and appetizers leave, It’s never lasted long because their replacements are equally fantastic.

Come to the farmhouse, and see for yourself. Regardless of if you’re in a flannel or a tuxedo, you’ll feel right at home at The Farmhouse.

I had the brown sugar salmon and my wife had the cod. Both were outstanding. Service was great and perfectly timed between appetizers, main course. Historic farm house was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful patio with wonderful foliage for shade, food is great, portions are generous!
Brussel sprouts are delicious, fried green tomatoes excellent! Black cod fish was fantastic!

It’s really not worth the money you will pay. The best part of our meal was the biscuits and then it went downhill from there. We got to the restaurant at 6:30 and didn’t get our food until 7:30.. and we only ordered a salad, a chicken sandwich, and a kid’s Mac and cheese. The chicken was stringy, I couldn’t even eat it- and it cost extra! Oddly, they cut up tiny pieces of orange with the rind still on which was annoying to peel off to make sure my toddler didn’t eat it. No issues with the service, so there’s that.

Lovely place to have a meal and visit with friends!

This was the cutest and the food yummy. But the selection was very small.
