Best beans in northern Colorado, Tulum is my favorite
Unique coffee and they roast it themselves. Very interesting atmosphere. It may be a little too eclectic, but if you’re into a little chaos you’ll probably love it.
Staff is great

Coffee is unique and a good break from the norm. Food was fine. Atmosphere is really good for groups, might not be the best for dates. Worth a stop.

That's it, I'm moving here. Great coffee. Great concept for no waste. Spectacular seasonal drinks. Everyone was fantastic and friendly even the guests. They also have locally made home cleaning products and fun little things to purchase. The food is good too!

Fort Collins best cafe, by far. I have been going to The Fox Den for a few years now and they've always provided stellar service and amazing seasonal coffee flavors! It's cute and quaint and different. They are zero waste, host community events, and offer live music on occasion. I can't say enough good about this establishment! If you are intentional about where you put your money, this is a beautiful local business to support.

I've lived here since 2018. A friend invited me to this gem of a coffee shop. They delivered a great hot cup of Joe in a coffee cup, instead of some paper type cup which I liked. That, coupled with the living room atmosphere, made me feel like I was at home or in my grandma's home drinking a cup of joe.

This place is cute, and I love that it is a zero-waste coffee shop, but I had one of the worst cappuccinos I have ever had here. It tasted like the beans were really old and rancid and like they had gotten oily. I usually like light-roasted, citrusy, or floral notes in my coffee, and I was very sad to find that this one tasted quite rancid, and I only took a few sips before leaving.

What a cute place! Lots of local art with a thrifty vibe goin! Totally love the zero-waste mission and the vegan options they offer! This is the only cafe i’ve been too that offers vegan whip cream, which is such a bonus. We had the vegan grilled cheese and tofu burrito and both were amazing. Will be here again!
Dietary restrictions: vegan options!
Kid-friendliness: good sweet treats and some board games available to play

I really wanted to love this place, but today was a miss for us. We were really excited to go here, but we found it frustrating.
First parking was tough. Not their fault, but it was tricky to find a spot. When we got in, we ordered like normal and the staff was friendly.
The drinks were really on point. Very good. But we waited for about 20 mins for our food when I went and asked how it was coming along. They missed our order and got it in. We get it, mistakes happen. They weren’t that apologetic about it, but got our order in.
Since we were now going to be running late to our meeting, we decided to order the food to go, planning to eat in the car. When they gave us the food, they didn’t have anyway of eating it (breakfast bowl). No to-go spoons or forks.
The food, drinks, and tip were close to $50 and we were very hungry by now, so without any options, we decided to stay there and eat and inevitably show up late to our meeting.
Then when it came time to bus our table, we couldn’t figure out where to put our dirty dishes and compost bin for left over food scraps because it’s a zero waste place. There’s instructions written on garbage cans and no where marked for dirty dishes. It was just all poorly marked and confusing.
And the food was pretty average flavor-wise. The “secret sauce” didn’t have much flavor to it either.
Just after being made late for our meeting waiting for bland food and not being able to figure out how to clean up after ourselves when we were in a hurry - it was all just frustrating.
Good place for maybe a quick coffee stop. But I don’t recommend much else.
