I ordered a coffee when I got it, it had so much foam so I waited until I get to work when I saw my coffee again the foam was finally going down and I could see it’s not even full to the top it’s literally half way full , had a lot of ice and the coffee wasn’t good it was so strong I couldn’t finish itt definitely not worth the price (I asked for it sweet too) overall coffee 1/10 customer service was good

Seriously how do you justify this much ice in a 24oz drink. I literally got three drinks and that’s not like drinking a glass of water it just three mouth fulls. This drink is literally 85% ice. 6.00

They constantly make the walk up window wait for drive thru order that haven't even ordered yet... or they say to go get in line behind the drive thru even though my online order came in way before anyone in line

I doordash and employees always claim i should get in driventhru behind multiple cars who haven't order yet to wait for the order from the customer i have that ordered online. My customer orders well before the people in line and they refuse to make the orders as they come in.... instead they work the drive thru and make people wait

I usually quite enjoy Human Bean as a company, but this location is unfortunately pretty frazzled. They forgot the flavoring in my drink (and since I'm paying $15 for it I'd like it to taste how I ordered it) and didn't mix up the matcha completely, there were very large chunks in the bottom that got sucked up by my straw, and if you've had matcha you know that is very unpleasant. It took an unusually long time for the drink to be made, I could see them making it from my car and multiple times I saw the barista stop to just look at the drink without doing anything else, it was very odd. If the barista was just having an off day I hope things go a little better for them, but I'm more than a little bummed with how my order turned out.

I lived in Fort Collins for a long time and recently came back to visit, so I had to stop by my favorite local coffee chain! I had a wonderful experience as always. The staff here are unbeatable. They're friendly, fast, and accurate. When I used to bring my dog they'd always provide a biscuit so it was fun for him too. I love the Human Bean.
PS. Try the frozen hot chocolate, or the aztec chocolate latte if you're feeling spicy ;)
