The Reserve by Old Elk Distillery

This is a favorite place to eat and drink. They make very creative and refreshing cocktails and mocktails. The burgers are wonderful and big. The mac & cheese is divine and the salads are outstanding.

We really enjoyed tasting both of the whiskey flights. Lots of good whiskey and we enjoyed our server and the food. We will definitely come back.

We went for a new experience on Valentine's Day. Food was great. Tried a couple of whiskeys with recommendations from our server. It's a beautiful place and was just right for a nice yet casual dinner. Their gin is fantastic! Bought a bottle and took it home.

One of our meals was cold- waitress was rude, not her fault it was cold, when manager came over he was worse- made excuses and was a complete jerk. Do not recommend

The truffle fries are amazing. Also, order the trio dips - you won't regret it! We always go for drinks and end up getting a snack or dinner too. They have great staple drinks and even better seasonal options.

Awesome drinks. Didn't like the fake out on the closing of the tasting room. But the bourbon is delish and so is the staff. Food is good for a bar.

If you're looking for a small place that will make you feel like a whiskey-loving VIP, look no further than Old Elk Distillery! The bartender? Absolute legend. Friendly, funny, and with more whiskey knowledge than a walking whiskey encyclopedia. I came in thirsty, left feeling like a whiskey expert (and made my long day feel amazing). The food? So good, I seriously considered moving in. I had the burger which in most cases wouldn't be worthy of a review, but this one hits the mark!

Every bite was fantastic, and don’t even get me started on the whiskey. Smooth, flavorful, and dangerously delicious. Try out the flights if you are unsure your type. Whether you're a whiskey newbie or a seasoned sipper, they’ll hook you up with your perfect pour. 5/5, would drink and eat everything again!

We went in for a quick drink and didn't want to leave. The bartender was awesome and the drinks were the best we've ever tried. The smoked old fashioned was incredible as was the sour mash on the rocks. I want to get back here asap. Don't miss this place when you visit Ft Collins.

There was a little mix up on who had which burger (there were five of the same kind cooked at different levels) but even though mine was "overcooked" it was delicious. Never had pickled asparagus and carrots before, also delicious. Would return.

Loved everything about this place. The food, wait staff, bartenders. Everyone was great! The Elk burger was by far the best I've ever had. The bourbon is top shelf!
