We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at The Welsh Rabbit a few nights ago and it was absolutely incredible.
We hosted about 20 people. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient – truly a joy to work with. They were flexible with our guest count and handled a whole list of food allergies without missing a beat, which made planning so much less stressful.

In a world of over-priced, tasteless, soulless, and uninteresting food and wine, The Welsh Rabbit offers guests a unique space for slowing down and savoring time with family and friends over special wine and cheeses. It was the highlight of our day of shopping in downtown Fort Collins!
Just love this little gem. If we could eat like this all the time, we would. Their selection of cheese & charcuterie is wonderful. Wines are varied and delicious. Service was great!
