Vegetarian options: The Sherpa is my favorite veggie sandwich. Love the eggplant! The Breakfast Sammy with the avocado and tomato is great too. The side of hot sauce pares well with the eggs.

The food is great. One of my favorite spots in FoCo actually.
However, I wish they would change their posted hours, if they are constantly going to be closing early. They claim to be open until 7pm nightly, yet twice in a week I tried to stop by after getting off of work nearby at 6 and the online ordering is turned off, the open sign is off, the phone number isn’t working, and the employees indicate they can’t take orders any longer. Do us all a favor and close earlier, if it’s that important for the employees to get somewhere or to save on labor costs.

Ordered their catering for an event and it was wonderful! Everything was well-packaged, they accommodated for food allergies, and the service was excellent. And the sandwiches were fresh and tasty as always!

Let me count the ways… I love thee to the depth and breadth and height you can stack my Italian beef sando and to which I am able to dunk it in au jus. I love thee convivial employees and thy picnic tables beneath the shade trees. I love thee as freely as the Coke Zero flows from the fountain. If I could but live on Italian Beef sandos and kettle chips alone…

First time to eat there yesterday, was absolutely delicious. I had the Hot springs wrap , kids had the Ridgeline and grilled cheese. Will definitely go again.

I tried this place for the first time a couple weeks ago and I’ve been back every week for my lunch break! They are so nice here and the service is awesome. Reasonably priced sandwiches and they’re really good too! Went in two times and the guy at the front remembered my name :). Definitely recommend.

We ordered the Cuban and the Italian Beef today and wow -- these are among the best sandwiches we've had in the city. The bread is incredible and the Cuban in particular had this lovely sharp flavor. The environment inside was relaxed and airy, and the guy working the counter helped us with recommendations and was really chill and welcoming. We'll definitely be back soon.

They had big shoes to fill today with me being on the search of a good cuban,
and they didn't disappoint. I don't hand out 5 stars easy but it's only because this Cuban was really good but served on a bagget bread which was totally informed to me which I appreciate but that's where it came down to the last star. Still great place and Hali was friendly and fantastic.

I like arugula, but the sandwich was 90% arugula; I could not taste a single other thing. It's really not great, especially for the price.
