I love that place. Very friendly; very helpful. I don't speak Spanish. They understand this so when I ask questions they are extremely patient with me. You can get whole cakes and decorated very nice. You can get all kinds of breads.
Stopping at Bakery Rosita's is the highlight of our trip every time we visit Ft. Morgan! Their chipotle-cream cheese and jalapeño-cream cheese pastries are the BEST, the decorated cakes and pastries are gorgeous, and the service is always prompt and friendly!!

Rositas is the best around! A very clean and well respected business that is an asset to Northeast Colorado. We have loved everything we have purchased there and there tamales are delicious. The pan dulce is terrific with good flavor. No complaints at all.
