“Excellent customer service. I ordered through DoorDash but this review needs to be on both platforms, being my order came from this location. I called them personally to ensure my bag was secured, secured. The young lady was very sweet, professional, and purposeful with ensuring it happened. Not only was my bag secured my order was perfect! My order was made with care, and I can definitely appreciate that this day and age where fast food employees could give two you know whats. So shoutout to the whole! team on today 6/6/24 You guys are amazing, and continue to be just that every damn day on purpose AMAZING. Thank you!!!“

We were not able to add the free boneless wings onto our order when ordering in the app. When I asked why I couldn't get the free wings, the manager went back and made us the wings and they were fantastic! “The lady who took my order was very rude and didn't care what I asked for. However, the guy at the window was on point! I asked to make sure it was only spicy chicken, and I have received absolute shit service from every other popeyes in town. He took it upon himself to get my order perfect and made sure it was fresh! Absolutely the best experience I've has with popeyes and will only go back as long as that gentleman is there!! Thank you sir for the wonderful meal for the family on Christmas Eve!“

“went to pick up our order , got there 20+ minutes before it said it’ll be ready and was willing to wait inside !! all of the staff was very welcoming and friendly and make conversation while we waited! and they moved fast and got us our food in a good time! we got the 50 piece nuggets for the fam to try and it was very yummy !! ?“

“We had the best time watch the NFL games at the bar. I wish it was a little warmer I would have watched under one of the canopies. Gayla is so friendly and amazing. Although she wasn’t my server she stopped by and chatted after I bought a sweatshirt to brave the chilly noon day. I will definitely be back.“
