Jersey Mike's Subs provides a mixed experience, but with exceptional service from some team members. At one location, a customer had a poor experience with missing condiments and extra meat, but the management team, led by Savanna, quickly resolved the issue and turned their experience around. Another customer raved about JR at the Fountain, Colorado location, praising his respectful and excellent service. A first-time customer had a great experience, enjoying a freshly made regular Italian sub on rosemary and Parmesan cheese bread, prepared quickly and efficiently. While some locations may have issues, Jersey Mike's has team members who go above and beyond to provide excellent service and delicious subs.
