“So today I went through the drive through, and the computers crashed. I waited patiently for the computers to get back up and when they did, they gave me my food for free of charge. They didn't want their customers to wait and I was shocked. I was gonna pay but they insisted on free of charge. I have to say thank you so much for this. McDonalds you didn't have to do this, I didn't have to wait long for the computers to get back online, I was gonna pay. But because you seen the value in your customers today (myself and son) I will always bring my family here! Thank you again for kindness!“
