Normally I love this place but recently been very disappointed. We ordered curbside pickup when I got there noticed they weren’t letting anyone inside past the front door. So I called to let them know I was here and if I needed to go inside to pick up my food since I’m seems they were just putting people food on a table at the front door. I was told no not to come in they would bring it out. We’ll 30 minutes later still no food so I walked in to my food had just been dumped...read full review
They always manage to screw something up.
most recently we used door dash to order food. we ordered potstickers with extra sauce x2 orders and received zero sauce. potstickers with no chili sauce is not worth it. they made no attempts to fix the problem.
they said we could drive back to get the sauce , but then what was the point of door dash.
Ordered 3 things, 2 are correct....no idea what the 3rd is! Sad because all I really wanted was some spicy Korean beef :(
