“I walk inside to a very warm greeting to a red haired woman by the name of Cori. Extremely polite and professional, very intuitive and listened to what I wanted. Never once did I have to repeat myself. Made a bit of small talk while she was in the process of making my sandwich and before you know it... the process was done and I was on my way out the door.
Thank you for being professional and friendly, this is extremely hard to find these days unless they are paid management.
Kudos.

“Went here for lunch on a Sunday, this is the first time having them after 19 years when we moved here the first week we tried them. I was like nope not happening it, coming from Texas. This is just not really an option as we thought, but due today we have a brand new one here in Frederick. I said I'll give him a try again and actually was really good. We'll go back again for sure.“

“We had the best experience at this location! We arrived with a sticky mess in the car and without prompting I received absorbent cloths and wet wipes to clean it up, then my daughter announced to the whole restaurant that our other daughter and her friend just got first place in a cheer competition (to her utter embarrassment) and not only was the staff not annoyed but they gave us cow stuffies, brownies and sandwich coupons for the entire team. And then proceeded to make sure our drinks were filled and gave us to-go bags for our leftovers. They just notice these things! Would come back over and over. Special shout out to Wes!“

“I can easily rank this one of the top 5 Wendy's I've been to. They always have hot, evenly salted fries and well put together burgers, unlike other places who have too little of too much of topping or look like they were assembled in a tornado.

My order usually has a customization and they get it right 99% of the time. The once or twice a mistake has happened during a rush, they are understanding and quick to fix it. 10/10 customer service.“

“My wife and I were so disappointed when Colorado Del Taco's closed! We went there fairly often and enjoyed the food and the prices. We were so happy when they reopened. Prices have gone up since reopening but we're still ok with that. Staff is courteous. The only thing we dislike a lot, is being forced to use the kiosk to order. We always struggle with it and can't modify our order the way we like. We really miss the personal touch and interacting with a human. A real step backwards in customer service and creating customer loyalty. Please remove or at least give the option without having to ask. Otherwise, we love Del Taco.“

“Kind woman in the morning sounded very friendly and looked happy to see someone ordering food before the sun had come up and made my day. The store itself looks pretty quiet, and the food was good for what it is. I've had much worse from other nearby fast food places *cough* taco bells hashbrowns.. The building's atmosphere only loses points for me personally because of looks. Sometimes, I want to go outside and enjoy my food, but you'd probably end up taking your El Diablo burger across the street to sit in the Qdoba parking lot

“Just had a fantastic experience at Mod Pizza! I popped in about 30 minutes before closing and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—seriously, their positive energy was contagious!

I ordered a Mod sized pizza, and they got it put together and baked super quickly. Despite it being later in the evening, the food was fresh and tasted amazing. Big shout out to the team for being so efficient and making a delicious pie!

If you're looking for a quick, great-tasting pizza with genuinely friendly service, this is the spot. Highly recommend!“

“I haven't stepped inside this place little over 3 years ago. Back then, it wasn't great, dirty, rude staff, and messed up food. Not hard to make a burger that you're trained to make.
I have used the mobile app a few times, and people I know avoided the place as well.
Alas, hearing a staff change and a remodel, I stopped by.
Food better, service is better, it's clean. Value for the buck is ever so balance, and of course decided by each person paying with their hard earned cash. Frosty is a bit expensive for my senses, can be cheaper. That the only drawback I can say.
But it seems it changed and people may want to check it out themselves.“

“The food came out 100% correct! Got the sliders combo, upgraded to crinkle chili cheese fries, large dr. Pepper, and took the pickles off my meal! It tastes amazing! “Stopped by because the drive thru had a pretty decent line. The Halloween decorations were incredible, so kudos to the assistant manager who made all 12 link streamers! Got a great deal with the 2 for $8 French dip coupon and it was delicious. My hubbs had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and said it was awesome too! We ordered at the counter and I think the nice woman was almost confused but then I saw how much work she was doing and I was convinced she was under paid. The food was good better than I thought it would be, the restaurant could have used a bit of cleaning. I will order from here again.“

“We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who said she was the shift manager. My husband was very upset trying to explain the situation and her response was "Do you want me to help you or not?" At this point my husband is obviously not happy. She hangs up on him. We have spend a lot of money here and will not longer support this business. Not counting the large tips we try and leave. Terrible customer service and whoever Sheria(not sure on spelling) needs an attitude adjustment.“

She was aware of what I was calling about and knew my name so I didn't even need need introduce myself..
