“I stop at Wendy's about twice a month when I need my fry and lemonade fix. The service is fast and the fries are always hot and fresh. Recently I had embarrassingly forgotten my wallet after I'd already ordered. The drive thru was pretty busy but they still took the time to help me try to figure out payment on my phone (I'm old🤷🏻‍♀️). They were all so kind and understanding and didn't treat me like I was a problem, that meant a lot to me. I'd like to thank them by name, but with all the confusion I didn't get any of them. It was on April 22nd at about 11:30 a.m so, if you were working the drive-thru that day, I hope this reaches you and you know that you are appreciated! Thank you for your kindness!“

“My wife and I were so disappointed when Colorado Del Taco's closed! We went there fairly often and enjoyed the food and the prices. We were so happy when they reopened. Prices have gone up since reopening but we're still ok with that. Staff is courteous. The only thing we dislike a lot, is being forced to use the kiosk to order. We always struggle with it and can't modify our order the way we like. We really miss the personal touch and interacting with a human. A real step backwards in customer service and creating customer loyalty. Please remove or at least give the option without having to ask. Otherwise, we love Del Taco.“

“Kind when taking my order, friendly at the window. Carl's Jr is always good! Coming home from a rockies game and we needed a good burger 🍔 we drove through so the atmosphere isn't really rated.... but 5 stars because I we ate in my 2026 Terrain and watched shows while we ate!!“

“I haven't stepped inside this place little over 3 years ago. Back then, it wasn't great, dirty, rude staff, and messed up food. Not hard to make a burger that you're trained to make.
I have used the mobile app a few times, and people I know avoided the place as well.
Alas, hearing a staff change and a remodel, I stopped by.
Food better, service is better, it's clean. Value for the buck is ever so balance, and of course decided by each person paying with their hard earned cash. Frosty is a bit expensive for my senses, can be cheaper. That the only drawback I can say.
But it seems it changed and people may want to check it out themselves.“

“Cute gal taking our older gave GREAT recommendations. Had the Jalepeno Cream Cheese Burger and Guacamole Bacon Burger. Great Flavors. The Jalelpeno just perfect spice not so much that it makes so you can't taste anything else. Loved the wild fries with their wild sauce. Definitely GoodTimes at the GoodTimes“

“The restaurant is very clean every time I've ever been in it. The food is always really fresh, cooked, well, served well. Lack of communication, the employees need to speak a little clearer English and understand it too. Otherwise this is a really good Wendy's“

“I haven’t been to this location in a while because their staff can be rude and never get my order right. But yesterday I went back and there was this very nice short girl who made my sandwich perfectly, then she proceeded to charge me with the sweetest smile. My English isn’t very good so she immediately caught onto my accent and spoke to me in Spanish! So I went back today and again she did her job amazing she must be new because her uniform was different from everyone else’s. I asked for her name today because I will definitely will be going back for Cherlin’s amazing service ☺️“

“We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who said she was the shift manager. My husband was very upset trying to explain the situation and her response was "Do you want me to help you or not?" At this point my husband is obviously not happy. She hangs up on him. We have spend a lot of money here and will not longer support this business. Not counting the large tips we try and leave. Terrible customer service and whoever Sheria(not sure on spelling) needs an attitude adjustment.“

“The food came out 100% correct! Got the sliders combo, upgraded to crinkle chili cheese fries, large dr. Pepper, and took the pickles off my meal! It tastes amazing! My husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich meal, large crinkle fries, large Pepsi, with gauc on the sandwich which all turned out amazing! Highly recommend!!!!“

“Good variety of food, non vegetarian mostly, friendly efficient service. Order is correct unlike other ff restaurants where u wonder if they actually listened to what u ordered. Need to improve on jamocha shake... Lost some of its flavour from the Good ol days“

“They accidentally gave me potato bars instead of curly fries, today, but I just let them know that I had ordered curly fries and they just replaced them, with no hassle.

I love the variety of their menu. Food tastes great and I am able to get a whole meal for $10 and change.

I haven't ate Arby's in a long time. Years. I spoiled myself with Arby's 2 this month.“

“As far as taco🌮 trucks goes Tacos Tony is one of the best. Fresh Pico🍅, jalapeños🌶, salsa, onions🧅 and cilantro. But, high prices for a taco truck for an average size burrito 🌯. Cold drinks🥤 and lots of snacks🍫 for purchase also. If you see this particular taco truck here, it's worth the stop if you're hungry. But like what I said, it is a expensive taco truck!“

“The guy working the window complimented my hoodie, then gave me the best burger. I've had fast food in like forever, then they accommodated my extra extra mustard request. When I move to the apartments next door I will be coming here all the time 10/10“

“Customer service has really gone down hill at fast food places in general since the pandemic.The manager here stays on top of situations that may arise. She was aware of what I was calling about and knew my name so I didn't even need need introduce myself.. I almost did a double take when she listened and responded appropriately.She turned a bad experience into a positive.“
