So thankful for this Chick-fil-A! They hosted a restaurant night for our school, and brought the cow over to the school for a quick hello! Food was great yes, but service was even better! :)
Stopped by to get my daughter a kids meal. I asked for 3 sauces and was told no that I could have 1 or 2 since all I was getting was a kids meal but I could buy a bottle of it. The only reason we stopped by was bc we were on the go otherwise we would have made food at home… how is my toddler suppose to dip her nuggets in a bottle of sauce? Where is said bottle of sauce suppose to be kept?…so stupid, won’t be returning.$8 kids meal and they Nickle and dime over a sauce
I first went there opening week. What a friendly staff and so welcoming. Super clean. Food was great- fast -and great variety on menu. Service was excellent. So polite. Even saw the owners personally welcoming everyone.
What a great addition to Firestone. It will be the favorite restaurant in the area for sure! Highly recommend.

Based on customer reviews, this Chick-fil-A location has a new building but is a very noisy location off Firestone Blvd and I-25. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with one director noted as super friendly and down to earth. The whole team hustles and the food is always great, described as some of the best. The place was immaculate, from the dining area to the bathrooms, and the staff was very courteous. However, the drive thru speaker is very difficult to hear due to road noise, and there have been issues with incorrect charges, like a $6.20 protein add that should have been $2.40. While many experiences are positive with fast service and a manager greeting customers, the mobile thru is inconsistent, causing delays and rude interactions when orders are not ready. Using the app is recommended to see charges.
