The flavor combination I never knew I needed in a chicken sandwich. Move over Nashville hot chicken, this Thai-ish chicken sandwich was the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! The crispy battered chicken with fresh basil, cilantro and Thai slaw was the perfect flavor & texture combination. You’re missing out if you come to outer range brewery and don’t try Bird Craft chicken!

The chicken meals and the chicken bowls are excellent in flavor. However, my latest visit I had a chicken bowl and the amount and size of each chicken morsel was less and smaller. The reduced chicken was made up with even more way-too-much rice.
