There are so many vegan options. We have been in Breckenridge for the week and have already been to Summit Thai 3 times in 4 days! We love the soups and yellow curry. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about vegan options. Highly recommend!

We were sat down soon after we arrived. After we ordered, the food came pretty quickly. We ordered two things of pad thai and rice. The pad thai was such a big portion that I wasn’t able to finish it. It all tasted wonderful- flavorful and hot. The nice thing about their pad thai is that you can customize the level of spicy! We would come here again.
Ordered a red curry to go. I got back to the hotel and realized there was no plate, no flatware or napkins. Serving size is a bit small for the price and I asked for hot and it is mild at best. Flavor was good but I wont be going back.
