“Great experience with this Panera, stopping in near closing for a coffee. Really needed a pick me up for the rest of the drive home. Since it was near close, they were already cleaning the machines. However, the staff were SUPER nice and accommodating, apologized for the wait, and made me a coffee after the machine finished cleaning. The restaurant was spotless. I'm sure they were tired and ready to go home, but still took care of this last minute customer :) 10/10 will stop again (hopefully earlier next time).“

“There are so many vegan options. We have been in Breckenridge for the week and have already been to Summit Thai 3 times in 4 days! We love the soups and yellow curry. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about vegan options. Highly recommend! Updated from previous review on 2026-09-23“
