“Had a wonderful experience at Sumit Thai! The Pad Thai and Thai Basil Stir-Fry Chicken were really delicious, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The food was excellent, but what made the experience even better was the amazing hospitality. The person who brought us the food was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Great food combined with such warm service made the visit truly enjoyable. Definitely a place I would love to visit again! Highly recommended! 😊“

“This is a great slopeside place to eat! Be sure to check in with hostess as we did not and got reprimanded for bypassing this. I didn't see the sign to do so. Our servers over 2 days of eating here were amazing! Very friendly and great service! I highly recommend the nachos, but we also had the burger and pretzel bites. All delicious! Very dog friendly!“
“Delicious! The food was fresh, and so flavorful. My husband and son said it was one of the best Philly cheesesteaks they have ever had. The salmon sandwich with garlic aioli was perfectly prepared. We loved sitting on the rooftop. Beautiful view!“

“We hired Sal to come cook after our elopement and all of his dishes absolutely knocked it out of the park! My family, who typically would thumb their nose at any food which isn’t the same food they eat and prepared the same way, ate everything down to the last crumb! The timing on the food was also exactly on point. The dishes came out after enough time to be ready for the next meal and were at the perfect temperature. I will definitely be hiring Sal next time I have a gathering in Breckenridge.“

“Absolutely spectacular. Mint Steakhouse is easily one of the standout dining experiences in Summit County.
The atmosphere is stunning—beautiful, warm, and full of character—and the entire experience feels special from the moment you walk in. I had the fish, and it was honestly to die for. Perfectly prepared, incredibly flavorful, and easily one of the best fish dishes I’ve had in a long time.
Everything about the evening—from the setting to the food to the overall experience—was exceptional. Mint has that rare combination of history, atmosphere, and genuinely excellent food that makes a restaurant memorable.
An absolute must when you’re in Summit County. We will definitely be back.“
