I downloaded the app and ordered a 5pc meal for two, white meat, three breasts and two wings. Went and picked it up and was given three thighs and two wings. Luckily I was staying in the hotel next door so it was no problem to take it back. Took it back minutes after picking it up and the manager was there and I informed her of the mix-up and she had to explain to the worker who packed my order the difference between a breast and a thigh. Daniella at the drive through had outstanding customer service in the drive through and the food came out fast and hot. Will be coming back to this KFC for sure
This place has really turned around from a few years ago. The chicken tastes as good as when I was a kid. Pleasant and fast service as well.
