"Fresh, never frozen" might apply to their beef, but not their burgers.The kiosks were out of order, but the people behind the counter were very fast and nice.Unfortunately, since it had been a while since having Wendy's, I was expecting the fresh, hot single I remembered. Impressed by the manager here who walked out from behind the counter to check with customers on their satisfaction with the food. My meal was hot off the grill. Dining rooms and bathrooms were spotless despite the lunch rush.

I went through the drive thru and placed a complicated order that was incorrect when we picked it up. I went inside and spoke with the manager who was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to correct the mistake. We will definitely be back on our next trip!
