This is always a go-to spot when we are in Colorado for skiing and snowboarding. The warm pho is not only perfect but also one of the best Pho’s I’ve ever had, and I’m Vietnamese and have been to Vietnam several times! A must go.FYI: the rice options are also good!

This place was amazing!! Best pho we have ever had hands down. The medium size was perfect for us to share with an appetizer. We loved being able to pick what we wanted in the bowl, we got rare steak and veggies with Tofu. There were so many veggies, LOVED IT! Would absolutely come back.

So phoooking good! We got the spring rolls, crab wontons and rare steak/brisket pho. The smalls are definitely a big portion but to each their own. Some of the best pho I’ve had in a while!

OMG it was amazing!!! I warn you. It will have a line out the door but so worth the wait. It is super fast and so good Pho. One of the best in Colorado. And they have the good sriracha!!!!! I will 100% go back. Perfect meal for post skiing or hiking. They have a good bar with good mixed drinks, beers and wines.A must stop In silverthorne!!

Exceptionally good pho - highly highly highly recommended. Another one of our "go-to" standards, its a really solid pho place in a strip mall. They have a pretty good draft beer selection and their veggie options are very tasty. The veggie spring roll was super delicious too. I've had the medium sized bowl before and it was too much (and I can EAT) so consider small to start unless you are famished. Service was super and the staff very friendly. The happy hour was really good too...will come back for sure.

Busy, but after a hard day on the slopes, a nice good Pho is a must. The XL is reserved for the hungry. Their is an ample amount of protein where if you haven't eaten all day, the XL will fill you up and more.

We tried Pho Bay 2 on a busy Monday night. Endured the long line, but it was worth it. We ordered the orange cream boba drink, grilled mussels, salt and pepper tofu, pho, and combination noodles. Also added a few beers from their full bar. The service was quick and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable.
