Ein Prosit Reviews
Great atmosphere with excellent customer service. Outstanding pretzels! So happy to find a place that has Stiegl on tap!!!

Ein Prosit is a unique restaurant located in a historic railroad depot in Frisco, Colorado. The eatery is attached to a gift shop with an old caboose and offers a bier garden experience. It serves amazing food, including soft and crispy breads, yummy sausages such as boar brat, elk/jalapeño, and rattlesnake/pheasant, along with great mustards and beers. The restaurant can be busy, but the wait is worth it. The friendly staff and mountain vibe make it a must-stop spot any time of the year, where guests can enjoy complementary sauerkraut and red cabbage, and delicious desserts like warm apple streudel with ice cream. Visitors often find the food surprising and good, with a lively atmosphere where they can make friends at large tables. If someone is looking for a good hangout with interesting food and top tier beer, this place is highly recommended. The sausage sampler offers a variety of flavors that taste great, especially the duck and elk options. The large pretzel is also a favorite, even if slightly cold sometimes. Overall, Ein Prosit provides an authentic taste of Germany right in Colorado.
