“The second year in a row to visit Whiskey Star and both times it did not disappoint. It is by far the best barbecue that I've had in Colorado. The smoked brisket was tender, moist and had great flavor. It is the kind that needs no sauce because it's just that good. I also had the cream corn as a side and It was outstanding. I highly recommend.“

“I’ll never leave a bad review in a mountain town as I know the amount of work it takes to keep a business running. That said, leaving a review to highlight some feedback.

- drinks were very watered down and almost hard to choke down.
- I had the thought of asking for top shelf, hut at the price point, this shouldn’t be a key factor.
- bathrooms were out of toilet paper and a bit rough around the edges
- tip structure on the device starts with 22% and goes to 30%. There needs to be a 20% option.“
