This place caught me by surprise!! I was surprised to see a bibimbap bowl on the same menu as a chimichurri burrito but if you see this truck LET IT BE A SIGN! The steak bibimbap bowl is full of farm fresh veg and is so delicious all the way through, so well balanced and amazing flavors with the kimchi sauce and pickled veg. This will be a truck I look for every time I pass through fruita. The owner is also SO nice!!! 10/10 I’ll be back for you Dango Street Food.
Best food I’ve had in 7 years in the valley. Coleman took the time to explain the dishes and their heritage. Take the trip and visit this guy! Insane good
Had two vegan options that exceeded our expectations. We look forward to eating there again!
