Chili's Grill & Bar offers a variety of American dishes, including their $10.99 special with chips, salsa, burgers, and fries. The food is often praised for being very delicious and well-cooked. Customers frequently mention friendly and knowledgeable staff, with some noting exceptional, attentive service from bartenders and waitstaff. The restaurant is known for being reliable, with food served quickly and hot.
Recently, diners have appreciated the caring staff, especially in moments of need, such as when employees helped a customer after a fall outside the restaurant. The service from waitstaff like Jun and Angela has received high praise for being quick, polite, and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable.
However, some customers have experienced issues with the atmosphere, citing a crowded and noisy dining room, and problems with the HVAC system, which has caused the dining area to be cold and restrooms to be hot. Concerns about the cleanliness of the restrooms and occasional disappointment with the food and marginal service have also been noted by some guests.
