“Beautiful environment, good service, big menu but almost nothing for vegans. I was able to modify a dish but was surprised that a restaurant on or near a college campus wouldn't have a single vegan main dish on their menu. Even the vegetarian options were limited.“

It’s fresh, healthy and delicious, and the two owners make you feel like family. Plus, the prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. I recently called to ask if I could place an order and have them set it outside since I had COVID. One of the owners said he’d be more than happy to, but then mentioned they offer delivery. What a WONDERFUL experience and the food was INCREDIBLE!!! My husband and I bought the premade rigatoni bolognese to take home for a dinner after our family left. This evening when we went to cook it we weren’t sure on the temperature or timeframe. I called Lou’s and the gentleman remembered us and gave me instructions. Super Awesome folks with delicious food. During a really chaotic time in my life, they made sure I always had healthy, nourishing food available to me.

My favorite thing about this spot is the meal prep. I order on Monday and it feeds me for the entire week. The food keeps so well, tastes amazing, and makes staying healthy feel effortless.

“Interesting concept restaurant - I’d describe it as Chipotle but Mediterranean food. There are some ‘curated’ bowls and salads if you don’t want to pick your own meat/veggies and accomplishments to make a pita sandwich or bowl. Nice selection of different drinks including a cucumber mint that was really tasty add to the nice strong plain ice tea. About $20 though for a salad bowl and drink. Lots of options, many vegetarian. I like that there were lentils as well as rice for a starch and the sauces and toppings were fresh and good. Pita chips were extra- it would be nice if one or two were provided for salads. It’s very busy starting at about 11:30 and it’s not many tables. Most people seem to do take out.“
