My husband and I enjoyed the service and the great selection of menu choices. We will be coming back the next time we visit Glenwood Springs.
Randomly stopped here on our trip to Glenwood. We found it to be delicious! They make tortillas and tamales fresh everyday. There is literally someone making tortillas by the front door. I didn’t ask but I would assume almost to order!

Mi Mexico Family Mexican Restaurant - Glenwood is a Mexican restaurant in Glenwood Springs. The restaurant makes tortillas and tamales fresh everyday, with someone making tortillas by the front door. Staff and atmosphere are great. Food is good, with the Menudo very good in flavor, the Birria Tacos very good with nice flavor, and the beef enchiladas with poblamo pepper and spinach sauce exceptional. The tacos de asada have great flavor. Chips are very crisp, and salsa has just the right amount of spice. Rice and beans are good. The enchiladas were disappointing, with meat on the cool side and sauce that tasted a little sweet. The tortillas were a little overcooked. The chips and salsa could use a little more love, and the taco salsa and fish ceviche could use more peppers and flavor. Prices are reasonable, portions are large, and the restaurant is spacious and clean. Service is excellent, and extra napkins come before you ask.
