Great sushi in a mountain town. All the places around it are greasy spoons and this was a fresh alternative.

I am vegetarian and this is the best Thai food I have ever had. The price is a little on the higher side but it was worth it. Would recommend this place to everyone:)

Food wasn’t good. Had a lot of expectations for this after checking the reviews but it was disappointing. Ordered 2 different items of noodles and the sum total was around $45 but couldn’t eat it. It was bad, have tried Thai food before as well and this wasn’t up to the standards.

We had a fantastic trip to Ming’s! The food was delicious (loved the Singapore noodles especially). They were easily able to accommodate our family which includes a vegan and a celiac. The cocktails were also inventive and fun. The bartender had us laughing and the servers were warm and friendly. Will absolutely return on our next trip to Glenwood Springs!

The food is delicious with an authentic asian flavor, and I highly recommend the calamari tempura.

This Asian restaurant in the heart of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, is an absolute delight! The menu is a vibrant fusion—sushi, Thai dishes, and so much more. The food is out-of-this-world delicious, and the prices are so reasonable. The atmosphere is cozy, with a stylish bar and a fantastic drink selection. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. If you’re in Glenwood Springs, you have to check this place out!😬🥰

Huge shout out to Mings tonight. Well, the majority of the other restaurants in the areas had staff that was sitting on their patios drinking beers waiting for the power to come back on. They were still welcoming customers into their restaurant to do whatever they could for the power outage. It was amazing. The staff went above and beyond allowing guests to come in and sit and order what they could provide in the outage. You people are incredible. Hand writing cheque’s and doing your jobs under those circumstances warrants you a huge tip from me. I was so incredibly touched to watch you all shine tonight. Your owner should be so proud. It actually brought me to tears to see such dedication tonight from the staff!!

We ordered delivery. OMG! I don’t know how this restaurant has 4+ stars.. very disappointing food. We got the lo mein and fried rice, both were very underwhelming.. edemame beans were not even salted.. please use this as your last option here
