We were at Underground about a year ago. The food was so good and so filling!! I had a full meal to take home from one dish!
We went again on our annual trip to Glenwood Springs, so excited for their lasagna and boy was i disappointed. Not enough sauce and needed more seasonings.
I will say my husband did enjoy his dish, the Euro Italian platter.

I would recommend this place to anybody! First of all the atmosphere was great. We were seated promptly and immediately given a vase of water, which I always appreciate. The menu is the perfect size, not overwhelming but enough for everyone to find something they like. A smaller menu has always proven to me that they really master their recipes and that’s the same case with this lovely place. I’ve been coming to the underground Italian restaurant from out of town since I was a kid, on the way to glenwood we were looking over the menu to see if anything has changed. Come to find out the place is under new ownership, and became nervous by the newest reviews that were left.
Upon arrival I asked our hostess if she could get us in and out within an hour because my date and I had plans after dinner. We were out of there within in 30 minutes, absolutely blew expectations...
