Over priced for a a dry brisket sandwich with no topping. Server seemed bothered I asked if they added pickles or onions to the sandwich. A waste of $85 for three sandwiches and a Mac bowl.
Some of the best BBQ we have had in a long time. Nordy's in Loveland was always my go to but this place gave it a run for their money!
Got two two meats, burnt ends and brisket both.

Rolling Smoke BBQ offers decent quality BBQ. The burnt ends are fantastic and have good flavor, though they can be slightly dry. The brisket, pulled pork, and chicken are good, with the chicken being super Smokey. The Mac is killer, and the green chili and green pork chili are enjoyed. The beans and Mac are good sides, while the cole slaw is serviceable. Some find the food overpriced for the portions, like the pork nachos and chicken Mac and cheese, which may need extra chicken. The staff is pleasant and friendly, and the time from ordering to pickup is super fast. There are plenty of seats and a good view.
