We have been customers of Tafolino's for some time. Great food, great service and friendly staff. My wife and I went there last Tuesday November 7th. The booth where we were seated was too cold, so my wife asked to be moved. The new location was still too cold so we needed to move again. My wife apologized and told the server that she wasn't trying to be difficult. It was because she was undergoing chemotherapy and she had poor temperature control. Heard from friends Tafalinos had great Mexican food, so we were excited to try it. Sadly it was very disappointing. The food itself was flavorless at best. The hamburger taco meat tasted eerily similiar to that of Taco Bell (same weird texture too). The chili rellano was hard on both ends like it had been overly microwaved. And I've never seen 3 inch rellanos or enchiladas until yesterday. Portions skimpy, flavor not much.
Definitely won't be going back.

9/2/21 on a Thursday night i was Treated like straight garbage. Tall skinny Hispanic waiter he's been there for awhile idk how but hes the guy taking your orders around dinner time has no business in customer service. This waiter forgot my sides didn't seem to care at all or really listen to the customer when we ordered our food my burrito wasn't what i ordered still eat it but he didn't offer to make it right chatged me full price& then last but not least...read full review
