“One of the best meals I've ever had. I am so glad I didn't check reviews first because I do avoid restaurants with lower ratings. Well if I had, I would have never had the ultimate pleasure of trying the Churrasco \\\"20. This skirt steak with chimichurri, black beans and plantains, was incredible! The steak was perfectly rare on the inside, the beans were perfect consistency and flavor and the plantains, don't even get me started. I'm not normally a fan of planting but these were so well prepared. Not soft, not hard, but just right! Lastly I ordered the drink, SOTB and it tasted like Hawaiian punch, very good! The service was great and the food was out of this world. Ignore the other reviews and come in and grab this steak. Plan on sharing the 20\\\" Churrasco, there's so much, or taking half in a doggy bag... unless you order the Baby Churrasco like a crazy person. ?“

“If you haven't eaten here do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a meal here. Don't let the exterior fool you because even though its in a shopping center the inside atmosphere is welcoming and well decorated. We were warmly welcomed and the service was great. Answering questions, helping with special dietary restrictions, offering suggestions all without us feeling rushed. Thanks for taking care of us for our date night Liz. The food came out coursed with great timing. Oh and the food was amazing! We both had the shrimp and scallops pasta but mine was made gluten free friendly with rice noodles. The combination of flavors, with great texture and cooked perfectly. Honestly some of the best scallops Ive ever had with a light crust and cooked to perfection, not a hint of rubberyness that you get when they are overcooked. Melt in you mouth amazing. The sauce had fantastic flavors but wasnt overpowering. Im writing this review the day after and still thinking about my amazing meal. I read that they have prime rib nights on Wednesdays so I think we'll have to come back and try that! Sioux and Tito thank you for hosting us we'll be back soon. Please thank your kitchen staff for treating us to such culinary delights.“

“Jennifer and the Granby Ranch team were amazing and made my proposal absolutely perfect. I'm from the Washington, DC area and had no clue what I'd be getting, but I'm overwhelmed with how great of a job this team did. I got to meet the entire team (Jennifer, Ski Lift Operators, Restaurant Staff) beforehand and helped things go off without a hitch. This space is meant for weddings, but the team helped transform the site to fit exactly what I was looking for. Everything from the customized lift passes to the bridal yurt made this special event even more special. Going into this sight-unseen was nerve-racking, but Jennifer and team couldn't have made things easier for me. The view was stunning and provided a romantic spot that can't be beat.
I recommend checking out Granby Ranch for any proposal or ceremony, they do a fantastic job and provide a personal touch you won't get most places. Thank you to Jennifer and team!“
