The Pearl Dragon, in my opinion, makes the best Chinese food in Colorado.
I have driven 2 1/2 hours from Denver to Granby to eat there and get their food to take home.

Food is always fresh and staff is always friendly.
They only offer pickup but will gladly provide you plates and utensils if needed. The Mongolian Beef was amazing!

Pearl Dragon Restaurant serves the best Chinese food, attracting customers from as far as Denver. This takeout-only eatery impresses with its absolutely amazing food, despite being busy and sometimes difficult to reach by phone. The family dinner is a great value, featuring fried rice, soups, entrees, and appetizers like crab cheese wontons, egg rolls, and fried shrimp. The food is hot, fresh, and served with friendly service, making it a must-stop. The restaurant is currently only serving takeout. They are closed Sunday and Monday, open Tuesday-Thursday from 5p-9p, and Friday-Saturday from 4p-9p. The teo people working were wonderful, friendly, and very competent.
