I spent alot of money and got awful drinks, no carbonation which they knew it but still sold it. Food was pretty bad also. Not going back.

Went to get a small thing of cheesecurds tonight. They said the kitchen was closed for the night, and it was only 6:30? So I just spent my money at Charleys Phillysteaks. A&W in the mall is trash. Change your store hours to reflect you dont stay open until 9 if you stop serving at 6:30. On a Saturday too.

Either fix your Google listing (says your open until 9pm tonight (Sunday)), or close down and let a business in there that serves food at 5pm. Told there wasn't any burgers, chicken, or hot dogs tonight.

The woman that owns the store is a liar. Her and her daughter make fun of some of the employees because their hygiene is not up to standards . They call her smelly. When you quit because of employment issues they refuse to give you your last paycheck, after telling you that is was at the store. I would avoid going there completely. The kitchen is dirty.

HORRIBLE PLACE25min for 1 cheeseburger it was cold an staff was rude when hubby returned it an complained. The cook is making 1 burger at a time an they don't warn you it's a long wait to get order.

I personally know the manager at this restaurant and she's a big hearted person who works hard every single day. She takes pride in her job and goes above and beyond to make sure the restaurant runs smoothly.

These folks have attitudes, placing the customer last. Management is inexperieernced. So the customer suffers. I will never dine there again. Very rood employees.
