Incredible food. Home made flavors and recipes. The gumbo is amazing. My girlfriend and I were just passing through and always love giving food trucks a try. This one is a home run!! The food is soo good!!! I would consider moving here for this food truck! My boyfriend and I saw this food truck from the Tesla charging station. I saw on the sign that it was Cajun food and that they had gumbo so I insisted on running over. My boyfriend said he didn’t like gumbo and didn’t want anything.
