There was a mix-up in an order I placed on-line, August 16, 2024. I did not notice until I returned home. I called and was transferred to Carlos who apologized and offered to take care of my next order.
Fast forward, I called late this morning. The female who answered my call said to me, "I have customers waiting in line" and hung up before I could conclude having the email from that order for verification. Am I not a customer (whether a walk-in or call-in)?

It was so much fun, there were like 20 of us so I felt bad, but the servers were so sweet, idk her name but there was a blue haired server that served our giant table and she was such a sweetheart to us
