Waited 25 extra minutes for a mobile order placed an hour before. There was a line out the door and no one at the register. I think they were behind on the nuggets (but they could have told that to people in line). For a store right off the highway, I expected faster service.
Love the staff here 🫶🏻 they always go above and beyond for me and my family 💛

One cook even went out of their way to make fresh, hot fries for a customer when they weren't available, showcasing their commitment to service. Despite being busy, the staff handled orders with grace and speed, coordinating well to prepare 5 combo meals in under 5 minutes. The environment remains clean, and their relaxed and friendly demeanor contributes to a pleasant dining experience. Customers can enjoy a variety of meals, including the JBC combo and Biggie deals. However, service can be slow at night, and it can be difficult to find drink carriers, straws, and spoons. The restaurant opens for lunch at 10:30. While management has faced some criticism for being unprofessional at times, overall, Wendy's strives to create a welcoming atmosphere for diners.
