The sandwiches here are great and the service is fantastic. I had to get my good to go and the older gentleman behind the counter made my Philly exactly like I asked and he even put the bread and toppings in a separate container for me so it doesn't get soggy. I know it's a chain, and it's just fast food, but good service and kind people still deserve a compliment. Plus, it's made fresh right in front of you! Ya can't go wrong.
Love the food it's always great , but man the people who work at this place are so rude. Do you guys not hire people who have good customer service? it feels like if you got anger issues Charley's is the place to work..
