Quality of food was good the steak just lacks a bit of flavor, I'd probably try this place again if I was shopping at the mall.

Tried this place for the first time and the food and quality was amazing. It's a bummer it's in the mall and not a regular restaurant setting but that's okay, it's worth it.

All signs and online state that they close at 8…. But showed up at 7:05 and they state they closed early. Date is 8/9/23 so wonder who the employee was shutting down at 7 ? normally love this place but kinda disappointing service.

The sandwiches here are great and the service is fantastic. I had to get my good to go and the older gentleman behind the counter made my Philly exactly like I asked and he even put the bread and toppings in a separate container for me so it doesn't get soggy. I know it's a chain, and it's just fast food, but good service and kind people still deserve a compliment. Plus, it's made fresh right in front of you! Ya can't go wrong.

Ever since being in Philly, I am always on the search of an authentic Philly cheesesteak. Although these sandwiches are not truly authentic, they were very delicious and great comfort
Forgot I went to this place while I was in Grand Junction. Bangin cheesesteak and a great value in this day and age (lunch special was like $7 after tax for a good size chicken steak and fries, just piled with meat and goodies and was delicious).With mall food anywhere you always wanna go straight for either the cheesesteak place or the Japanese place, ignore everything else.
