We had been traveling for several days. This was the best price for the food we had for the trip. The beans are delicious, food was plenty and price is VERY reasonable. The service was quick. Truly a 20% or more tip experience.
We had dinner tonight and it was great! Really good carne asada. I had the steak taco fajita salad! Our server was Jimmy 1, very personable and he even ran to the parking lot when I left my credit card on the table.
It's a little hole-in-the-wall place, but their Chicken Mole (my ride or die) is AWESOME! I've had Mole in Mexican Restaurants all over the 4-Corners region, but this is the BEST! And their Margaritas are good, too! Stop here whenever you're around Grand Junction, you won't regret it!!
