So in order to avoid the Super Bowl rush we ordered online and scheduled pickup for 4 pm . My wife has been waiting in a line out to the parking lot as have Uber Eats drivers, grub hub drivers and others.

This is no way to do business. I’m sure the food will be cold. We have another order at Olive Garden we are now late picking up .

If you can’t handle the business, don’t allow people to schedule it online.

They really have the worst service. They told me it would take 10 minutes more for an order to pick up, and I've been here for more than 30 minutes and they haven't delivered it. They are rude.

Good boneless wings. The server was spread thin as he was the only one working the bar area where we were seated. Took along time to get our bill.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister and I were at Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday when we witnessed something completely unprofessional. A woman, who appeared to be the manager, was loudly berating an employee— in the dining area, in front of everyone. It was shocking and uncomfortable to watch.

About ten minutes later, she came out of a room visibly upset and absolutely hysterical. Treating an employee this way is unacceptable in any setting, but to do it in front of customers is beyond unprofessional.

To the manager: Do better. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior.

And to the employee who had to endure that—I’m sorry, girl. You don’t deserve that. Keep your head up, and don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise.

Ordered food at 11 PM. They took my money got there at 11:20 and they were closed website. It says 12 am. I need a refund. This is bull. Never going again.

They were very busy and needed a couple of people busing tables. The wings were good, and the service was good. XX crispy naked wings with several dipping sauces were good. Fun trivia and sports night.

We did not have a good experience at all. Our server was inattentive, forgetting to bring items as requested, charging for items that should not be charged for, disappeared frequently and took a long time to come back. We had to resort to other servers for our service. We were charged for ranch when ordering ranch for the sauce instead of wing sauce for the kids meal, was brought southwest ranch when regular ranch was requested, the server argued the disputes and clearly was just being lazy about doing her job (Note: I worked as a server for BWW, so I know she was improperly dismissing.) I had ordered food to go and upon receiving the "20" Boneless wings, many We very skimpy in size along with there not even being a full 20 wings, only 18. Overall, terrible experience!

My son took the family as a treat. The place was fairly busy. Host greeted me and told me that our wait would only be about 5-10 minutes to be sat. He refused to take my name and walked away afterward. 25 minutes passed, and several other people came in after us and were sat before us. At this point, my whole party was starting to discuss going to panda express instead, when finally a server came up and asked if we had been helped yet, to witch I explained the hosts behavior she then told us it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I explained that we had already been waiting a half hour at this point, and we would prefer not to wait longer. Cue, the kids crying because they were so hungry they couldn't handle the thought of waiting longer. Maybe 5 minutes, and the server finally got us to a table. We ordered almost immediately. The manager came over and apologized for the host and offered free appetizers. We ordered the boneless kids' wings and frys for both kids, a BLT, and 2 triple bacon cheese burgers. By this time, we had already been at the restaurant for 30+ minutes. (We arrived at 8:20 pm and finally ordered at 9:12 pm) it took 45 minutes to get our food. The bacon was completely burned. It was black and completely unedible. I took one bite of my BLT and was unable to eat it because it was so badly burnt it shouldn't have been served. By that time, we had waited so long to get our food that I didn't want to send it back just to wait another hour for it. I basically just ate my side, and some of my kids left over frys. We didn't leave the restaurant until 10 pm! Worst experience ever. Whatever you get from here, make sure it doesn't have bacon on it because my bacon was so hard it broke one of my teeth. It's probably going to be the last time I ever eat food from here.

I love sports bar type atmospheres! The person that took our order rarely came by to check if there was anything we needed. We had to ask for napkins from another waitress that was nearby. The chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce barely came with any sauce where as the picture showed it smothered in it. They were sweet enough to get us more. The bacon burger had the cheese burned on it but was otherwise good. Definitely order the cheese curds those are great.

The food is always good and the service is usually good.
However our last trip was horrible. Bartender was very rude and aggressive! It will be a LONG time before we return.
We’re not locals, but have always dined here.
Too bad you’re losing business due to DEI.
