After having a bad wait experience at Olive Garden we walked over to bdubs, they got us in right away. Service was a little slow because they were short staffed but the food was amazing and it was pretty timely.

Went here for a nice dinner always been good here this time took 30 min just to get a drink then an hour and half to get food cold wings cold food all around never happened before really disappointed but at the end Gus Page the kitchen manager helped me out made me feel a lot better will be giving a another shot just because of that nice respectful man

We decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings a shot since it was one of the only places open. Service was fantastic by Sierra! She made everything a little better just with excellent service. Food was horrible! Just horrible. It’s been a long time since I’ve had food so disgusting. My boyfriend ordered naked chicken strips that came out fried with the rub powder on the side. Decided not to even say anything since we were in a hurry. My buffalo chicken salad… huge chunks of the stem everywhere. I’m not taking the normal stem of iceberg lettuce that’s been chopped I’m talking the CORE of the lettuce and the stems almost like it was very purposefully placed in there. It was so gross I think I ate not even half of it. All-in-all this location needs to get a new chef or something especially based on other reviews as well.

Stopped by for lunch. I’ve always enjoy this franchise while visiting in other cities. However the Grand Junction store is highly mismanaged. 15 minutes after I sat at a table, a waitress came by to ask me if I had been helped. I said no, but I’m going to eat lunch and would love a beer. I ordered my cheese burger fry’s and a beer immediately. 20 minutes later the waitress came back and checked in. No beer yet. She explained that the one and only bar tender was new. After watching the bartender for quite some time, I thought she was quite proficient, just overwhelmed. My beer got put in and had to wait for several other orders to get processed first. Obviously 2 bartenders were needed. I finally got my beer and was told my burger would be there soon. Did not happen. When it finally arrived it was charred and tough, very little cheese and the French fries were like card board. I ate less than half my meal. My waitress came by 10 minutes later and I shared my experience. I ask her for the bill, she gave me the total, over $20. She told me she wanted to talk to the manager about a credit. 15 minutes later, there was no sign of the waitress or manager. I put $25 on the table and left.Never again will I visit this establishment. Bostons is my go to whenever I’m in that neighborhood!

So in order to avoid the Super Bowl rush we ordered online and scheduled pickup for 4 pm . My wife has been waiting in a line out to the parking lot as have Uber Eats drivers, grub hub drivers and others.

This is no way to do business. I’m sure the food will be cold. We have another order at Olive Garden we are now late picking up .

If you can’t handle the business, don’t allow people to schedule it online.

They really have the worst service. They told me it would take 10 minutes more for an order to pick up, and I've been here for more than 30 minutes and they haven't delivered it. They are rude.

Good boneless wings. The server was spread thin as he was the only one working the bar area where we were seated. Took along time to get our bill.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister and I were at Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday when we witnessed something completely unprofessional. A woman, who appeared to be the manager, was loudly berating an employee— in the dining area, in front of everyone. It was shocking and uncomfortable to watch.

About ten minutes later, she came out of a room visibly upset and absolutely hysterical. Treating an employee this way is unacceptable in any setting, but to do it in front of customers is beyond unprofessional.

To the manager: Do better. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior.

And to the employee who had to endure that—I’m sorry, girl. You don’t deserve that. Keep your head up, and don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise.
