Had an awesome time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Gabe, the bartender, really made the visit stand out. He mixes great drinks and knows so much about the area. Super friendly, helpful, and excellent at what he does. Definitely the best bartender!

I ordered some boneless wings and fries to be pick up. When I picked them up they were cold they fries were crunchy and dried up like they had been sitting for a long time. The boneless wings also tasted like they had been sitting for a while as well they were super rubbery. The only thing that was fresh was the celery and carrots. I will not be going back here. Quality of food was horrible.

We come here to eat often but we’re very disappointed this time. Food was cold, and the wings were hard and not very edible. Super disappointed by the service (took forever to get our check) and the atmosphere wasn’t very pleasant either. Willing to come back, but hope it’s better next time.

Today was my first time ordering from BBW. While the app was easy to use, the food was horrible! I placed the order for an ASAP pick up since I was seven minutes away. The order said it would be ready at 1 p.m. I arrived at 12:57 thinking I would have a short wait. Clearly, my food had been prepared and sitting out way before 1 p.m. I got my food at 1 p.m. exactly.
I thought I felt some heat from the food, but after a nine minute drive home, I open the box and not only are the fries hard, cold and broken pieces, the boneless chicken looks as though it had been sitting out for a couple of years! They didn't even take the time to provide fresh celery sticks. The ends were dried out as if they had been cut last month and one stick had mold on it.
This was my first time and last. I won't even take the chance of eating in. I had the audacity to add a tip. Never again!

Me and my husband brought the kids in to watch the beginning of the steelers and green bay game. It didnt take long to get a seat but once sat its was atleast 20 mins before our we where asked what we wanted to drink, we went ahead and ordered our appetizer and food at the same time it took half an hour for our appetizer to be brought to our table and another half an hour before our food was brought out, and they lost my son's grilled cheese meal. Service was horrible and incredibly slow.

I keep telling my husband that we need to stop going there it always disappoints but he used to love it and always wants to give it another chance. Went today and they served burnt wings, when we told the very nice waiter the poor girl said yeah another table said the same thing, which manager replied to other table we could re make them but would be the same. Which was baffling so we requested the manager waited 10 minutes and he had not came to our table! We ended up leaving the waiters are sweet but have to work with poor management that place has really gone down hill!
Great place to get some wings or a burger and beer. We were seated quickly and our food came out shortly after we ordered.The chocolate cake with ice cream is decadent.

After having a bad wait experience at Olive Garden we walked over to bdubs, they got us in right away. Service was a little slow because they were short staffed but the food was amazing and it was pretty timely.
