We went to get food here at 12 am on st Patrick's day. Our server, I believe her name was Sierra, pink hoop earrings, glitter eyeshadow, fabulous attitude. She was AMAZING. If you go in , definitely sit in her section. You will not be disappointed. She gave us great service and didn't seem irritated we were there so late ( i had just gotten off work and we were hungry)

Went to BWW last night for dinner. Zoey was our server. The kitchen was out of cheese curds, so we ordered mozzarella sticks instead. Then I ordered street tacos without cilantro. They messed it up. Zoey was great and I got a free desert. She kept her attitude great even though the kitchen staff has issues. Zoey made my dining experience better. She’s a good server but the kitchen needs to up their game. And they need to fix their wobbly tables

Took 15 mins while seated to get menus. My food came out wrong. Our appetizer came out cold after out entres. The manager was condescending and rude.

awful customer service. got kicked out for my LEGAL service animal and then was questioned by them about my disability and why i had my dog with me which is an invasion of my privacy. asked for papers and then said my service animal wasn’t aloud in there at all. my service dog is quiet doesn’t bark or make any noises or act out when in public spaces.

I ordered 20pc wings with a Caesar salad and cheese curds. The wings and cheese curds were good. But the chicken on the salad was undercooked it was super firm and it felt super tough to eat. They also did not put any Caesar sauce on the salad so it was so it was really dry on top of the chicken being undercooked. We orders Ranch, celery/carrots with the wings and dip with the cheese curds. But we did not get any of it just the curds and the wings. Super disappointing.
4th try in 3 years and wings are still overcooked and tough as cardboard. Sorry BWW..this was the last time. Server was the only one, yet she smiled and was pleasant

Had an awesome time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Gabe, the bartender, really made the visit stand out. He mixes great drinks and knows so much about the area. Super friendly, helpful, and excellent at what he does. Definitely the best bartender!

I ordered some boneless wings and fries to be pick up. When I picked them up they were cold they fries were crunchy and dried up like they had been sitting for a long time. The boneless wings also tasted like they had been sitting for a while as well they were super rubbery. The only thing that was fresh was the celery and carrots. I will not be going back here. Quality of food was horrible.

We come here to eat often but we’re very disappointed this time. Food was cold, and the wings were hard and not very edible. Super disappointed by the service (took forever to get our check) and the atmosphere wasn’t very pleasant either. Willing to come back, but hope it’s better next time.
