No service had to beg to use the restroom and then the manager wouldn't give the code out to enter the restroom,bathroom Nazi! Then I wasn't able to eat cause they said they wouldn't be able to break any large bills.the mood was made even more sulky from the stillness of the vacant lobby! I never got worse service anywhere or anyplace and or anytime!

I honestly think the lady’s working this morning Friday October 31 2025 are racist or something because I went and ordered and then probability a good 5 min after me a Mexican ordered and he was out before me and not only that they made sure I was the very last one to get my order I don’t know what I did I’m always very polite and respectful.

Beautiful interior, and the onion ring whopper is really good, even though I couldn't fit it in my mouth, I managed to finish it. That thing could feed 2 people, I swear. You don't order at the counter, but on the big screens. There are employees there though, and they come out occasionally to restock things and other stuff. If you are confused, just ask them for directions, they are really nice! 5 stars.

Great new remodel ! Employees are very kind, understanding and helpful! Store is sparkling clean. We tried the new brisket burgers and they were delicious. Wish they had the bbq sauce they use on them available as stand alone dipping sauces. Will be getting more of those brisket burgers!

After working a super long day at Country Jam set I just wanted a really good burger… I was kinda dreading coming through cause I was kinda wondering if it would be quality on the meal and yess!!! By far the best burger I’ve had in a long time!!! Thank you I needed that!!! Hit the spot!!!

Gross! For the first time I hated the Whopper. Not flame broiled. Not anymore. thin little piece of frozen meat warmed up. Gross I hope Burger King figures out that the new Whopper is Gross 😝 and they need to go back to the old way.

Been through the drive through 3 times in the past week and the food is horrible, everything is pre made and soggy . Chicken nuggets were like someone boiled them they were so soggy. Tried to get a refund and sat in the store for 20 minutes and they still couldn’t figure it out so I grabbed my burnt hamburger and left . Will never go back
