Gross! For the first time I hated the Whopper. Not flame broiled. Not anymore. thin little piece of frozen meat warmed up. Gross I hope Burger King figures out that the new Whopper is Gross đ and they need to go back to the old way.

Been through the drive through 3 times in the past week and the food is horrible, everything is pre made and soggy . Chicken nuggets were like someone boiled them they were so soggy. Tried to get a refund and sat in the store for 20 minutes and they still couldnât figure it out so I grabbed my burnt hamburger and left . Will never go back

Oh so sad - food was horrible - first time in since remodel - I liked everything before the remodel. Fries undercooked, burger overcooked. Threw away half - should have thrown it all. Wonât be going back.

this location can almost NEVER get my entire order right, always forgetting at least one item whether itâs a marinara sauce for my mozzarella fries or a whole chicken sandwich. i call and ask for a refund and they tell me they can only give me cash, if i wanted to go back to the store i wouldâve asked them to give me my sandwich and not a refund. iâve worked fast food and itâs crazy to me that they canât give a credit card refund over the phone, since when??? sounds like lazy employees to me, working fast food isnât rocket science itâs not hard to make sure all the items are in a bag. donât bother ordering from this location, youâll probably end up missing some of your foodđđ˝

So this Burger King is very dirty a lot of flys how can people enjoy there food well there is a lot of flys that is gross also my fryâs were very over cooked seemed like I was eating chip fryâs and some employees and managers r very rude the company needs better and respectful staff also half cooked burgers that is so gross next time I will call corporate to complain

Renovations look nice but still a bummer when employees are mad at you for getting their attention to pick up your food. Kiosks are a nice addition but should have been pushed to the side for a bigger counter.
Stopped to use bathroom and get a sprite. Soda is very flat and has a bad taste. No bathrooms and man that took order was extremely rude.

Mushroom Swiss terrible. Bun stale, burger tasteless and cold, mushrooms the same, cheese cold/not melted. The guy at the window was nice.

We came to get breakfast and when we made it home the order was wrong. Instead of just fixing it, they ignored us, told us that WE were in the wrong, and refused to help in any way. which is insanity because the damn meal was $30 and we could have gone somewhere actually good for that kind of money. I will never be returning again.
