The workers had to deal with some ridiculous customers. For minimum wage they handled the situation better than I would have. I always come to this location it’s best one in junction area.

I literally just went there to buy food and my house isn’t even five minutes away and my food was really cold and tasted like it was actually reheated like someone made it earlier for somebody and they just didn’t want it no more so they reheated it for me is what it taste like.. poor customer service….

This Burger King specifically in Grand Junction is always so so slow to get food out. We will be the second car in line and be waiting over 20 minute. This has multiple times. If we go inside we are waiting even longer.

I understand making me pull to the lot while you are cooking my food. FRESH. But to pull me over and serve me not fresh food is a joke. Also. A simple request for ketchup packets should be an easy win but to LIE to me and tell me they are at the bottom of my bag when they ARE NOT is just TERRIBLE SERVICE.

No service had to beg to use the restroom and then the manager wouldn't give the code out to enter the restroom,bathroom Nazi! Then I wasn't able to eat cause they said they wouldn't be able to break any large bills.the mood was made even more sulky from the stillness of the vacant lobby! I never got worse service anywhere or anyplace and or anytime!
I could t order anything cause the cashier couldn't break a big bill, how unprofessional and the manager should really be more professional when it comes to service ..noone here wants to be here! How unwelcoming !

I honestly think the lady’s working this morning Friday October 31 2025 are racist or something because I went and ordered and then probability a good 5 min after me a Mexican ordered and he was out before me and not only that they made sure I was the very last one to get my order I don’t know what I did I’m always very polite and respectful.

Beautiful interior, and the onion ring whopper is really good, even though I couldn't fit it in my mouth, I managed to finish it. That thing could feed 2 people, I swear. You don't order at the counter, but on the big screens. There are employees there though, and they come out occasionally to restock things and other stuff. If you are confused, just ask them for directions, they are really nice! 5 stars.
