Waited 30 min with a few cars in line in front of us to start that cleared out, got to where we could finally order and were told it would be a minute… waited and waited and waited until finally deciding to leave at 31 min by this time and found that nobody was even in the drive through anymore or at the window when I pulled up to it to see what was going on!

Quick service, friendly staff and the meal was stellar ?
I witnessed the French fries falling all over the ground. They picked them up and put them back in the hopper where they salt the fries. Never going here again.

No fries on Tuesday although ordered just not received, tonight I ordered an 8 piece mozzarella sticks with marinara and got chicken nuggets, cant figure it how mozzarella sticks even vaguely sounds like it chicken nuggets....order whatever they serve what plzs them I reckon, but you Don't get what ya pay for, and they won't answer the phone to file bs complaint

I ordered 2 medium fries med soda they only added 1 fry and soda and messed up my order wanted to charge me for their screw up and to top it off I got a small fry w soda and got charged 6 bucks wow and manager wanted to still charge me for their screw up I took my 6$ small fry and soda and left was not impressed at all

When this type of burgers are not on sale everything seems to be good, when they are on sale it's like this burgers are just thrown together with no pride of what they look like or what is in them, when they are on sale specially at the store on I 50, there is lack of lettuce or any mayo on them, the bbq ones barely have any bbq sauce and if you order these burgers with no onion they will usually have onions, so if you are allergic to onions, better check them before biting into it. The bunds taste old, for some reason at times the bunds taste and feel old like they have been kept out for the longest time maybe it's the distributor fault or maybe the store order too much bunds and don't sell fast enough to keep the bunds fresh. There you have it ,I am not going back to this location again, thank goodness there is another BK around, I will go there next time. Happy Eating !?Parking: Plenty of parking, if you want to eat in your vehicle in the summertime you will be roasting in your vehicle as the parking lot don't have any shade available. I hope I can come back soon. But not until the following things get fixed because I won’t even pull up to a restaurant and go inside unless this happens. The front door has a sign on it saying the ice machine is broken. I guess my soda will be warm. There are weeds all over in the flowerbeds outside. There are greasy handprints all over the door as I walk up to the door. The display at the drive up doesn’t work at all. It was lunch today and there’s nobody there. The whopper is a better burger. Let’s go. Clean up your act Burger King! There’s not a ton of options around here and you’re going to get more business. If you can just run a decent place that people aren’t afraid to eat it.

I'm here leaving this review because Burger King wants me to create an account with them before I'm allowed to speak with customer service, which is completely insane. I visited today and got a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was old, hard, and incredibly tiny. The sandwich had to be dissected before the meat could be located. I returned to the store to get a refund for my meal. The cashier explained that they need to refund the entire order, and wanted to do a separate transaction for my chicken nuggets, which just isn't worth the time & effort. I received a full refund, but the staff were unable to print my original receipt for me when I asked them. They printed a partial receipt with no "Survey ID" or "Transaction ID" that I would need to post a complaint. I asked for a phone number and they said one was at the bottom of the receipt. It was not. The receipt only lists the survey website, which asks for the two ID #'s they refused to give me. The on-duty manager called the store manager who stated that there was a "Guest Track" option on the main website. There is not. I feel like I was lied to multiple times in an effort to prevent me from complaining. In the end, BK wins, because I'm not willing to create an account just post a complaint. The only option for me is to eat elsewhere.
