Burger King is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of menu items, including the classic Whopper Jr. burgers. While the on-sale special items are generally good, some customers have noted inconsistencies in the quality and preparation of the burgers.
When the burgers are not on sale, the reviews indicate that the overall experience is satisfactory, with the burgers being well-assembled and meeting customer expectations. However, when the burgers are on sale, particularly at the location on I-50, some customers have reported issues such as a lack of lettuce or mayonnaise, insufficient barbecue sauce on the BBQ burgers, and the presence of onions even when ordered without them.
Additionally, some customers have commented on the staleness of the buns, suggesting that they may have been kept out for too long or that the restaurant may have ordered too many buns, leading to a lack of freshness.
Despite these occasional issues, one customer had a positive experience, describing the Burger King meal and fries as the best they had in years. The restaurant was also noted to be clean, and the parking lot provided ample space, even for larger vehicles like motorhomes.
Overall, Burger King seems to offer a mixed dining experience, with the quality and consistency of the burgers sometimes being affected by sales promotions or specific locations. Customers are advised to check their orders carefully and consider visiting alternative locations if they have had unsatisfactory experiences.
