They made a difficult time easier and we will always be grateful. We were able to personalize the menu with vintage recipes that reflected our loved one. Chef Steff helped us select a balance of desserts and snacks. Everything was delicious and guests loved it. Chef Steff made the planning, on short notice, quick and easy with a professional sensitivity to our needs at a difficult time. So caring and genuine. They set everything up and even gave us to go containers for leftovers. We will definitely use them again and are now addicted to their homemade chips, pimento cheese dip and lemon pistachio bars. “This place caught me by surprise!! I was surprised to see a bibimbap bowl on the same menu as a chimichurri burrito but if you see this truck LET IT BE A SIGN! The steak bibimbap bowl is full of farm fresh veg and is so delicious all the way through, so well balanced and amazing flavors with the kimchi sauce and pickled veg. This will be a truck I look for every time I pass through fruita. The owner is also SO nice!!! 10/10 I’ll be back for you Dango Street Food.“

“Amazing selection of bourbon and an incredibly helpful staff. I asked a guy in the wine section for help when I couldn’t find anyone in the bourbon area. He immediately called over another employee who knew the bourbon section inside and out and was able to tell me the exact location of the bourbon I was looking for from three aisles away!

When I checked out, I asked the cashier if he knew of any good places to buy cigars. He recommended a great shop and was very helpful.

His passion for cooking and creating an incredible experience for his guests truly shines through in every dish and every interaction, especially when we worked through details. We worked together to customize the menu, including gluten- and dairy-free options, and he made sure every guest felt included and delighted. The feedback from all our guests has been incredible! They are still raving about the food! I personally loved the bacon-wrapped dates, my husband couldn’t get enough of the mac & cheese and still talks about it at least once a week and honestly, every single dish was a hit!
