Extremely rude staff at the register. All the cooks up front have filthy clothes, and have some sort of long facial hair whether it’s a mustache or beard while working above open food without a beard net.

The service was trash. None of them had hairnets on. We found a hair and my wife’s sandwich. They were refusing to give me a refund till I told him I’m gonna call corporate on you guys and they were continuing to be rude as they gave me a refund I told him it was his hair and he kept denying it you guys need to get a new crew in there. That crew is trash.

Good cheese steak and amazing service, they went out of there way to wrap up what I couldn't finish and even topped off my drink. Great place to go if you are in the mood for a cheese steak.

the worker gave me wrong soda and gave me so much attitude and i dont want to eat there again he also said that i ordered wings with bones but they were boneless the recept shows

Place looked raggety. Felt like I was in the school cafeteria. Doug was awful and one of the rudest people i met and when I called him out he upcharged me 2 whole dollars. Never coming here again. Also they gave me the wrong sandwich.

The younger male employee with long hair and glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very short mannered and was observed rolling eyes at customers. He was upset at us because we weren’t aware our drinks were ready because no one said anything??? We weren’t even instructed to pick them up there so idk what his problem was. He was also seen not washing his hands after being in the bathroom and returning to work without washing his hands… that’s disgusting

MARIO, ROB and DOUG, they are fast and friendly. They reginiz the regulars that come in and they are ahead of the order, makes things really fast!!!! Great work ethic and team work!

Watch these guys. They show a regular gourmet fries and a regular drink on their board for $5.48. They ring it up as cheese and bacon fries for $3.99 and drink for2.49 for a total of $6.48. Hustled for a dollar. You too possibly. Buyer beware!

Rude staff, especially the old guy

Employees are so rude at least the two guys the one in the arm bandage and the older guy, not worth your time. Taste was nothing good and the fries were soggy.

If you’re considering spending your hard-earned money at Charlie’s Cheese Steaks in the Grand Junction Mall, do yourself a favor: don’t. I paid $20 for two “sandwiches” that would struggle to qualify as bread with toppings. These were embarrassingly small, with barely a whisper of meat or cheese — ironic, considering cheese is supposedly in their name.

When I politely pointed out that my sandwich was more “air” than actual food, the worker slapped — yes, slapped — a cold slice of cheese onto the bread like they were punishing it. No apology, no attempt to fix the order. Just pure, unfiltered apathy.

The customer service? Imagine being treated like you’re inconveniencing them by existing. That’s the vibe. It felt like I walked into a culinary scam run by people who’ve never eaten a sandwich in their life.

This place is a joke. A sad, overpriced, flavorless joke. Charlie’s Cheese Steaks should be ashamed — and if corporate is reading this, you should be too. You’re not running a restaurant. You’re running a sandwich crime scene

Cashier unwelcoming service. Ordered strawberry lemonade. While waiting was not aware he placed a regular lemonade on top of beverage fountain.

I showed him a receipt I placed an order for strawberry lemonade. I finally got the correct beverage made but with an attitude. This is rudest Charley's I ever been to.

If you like pure salt with a little food on the side then this is your place.
