The younger male employee with long hair and glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very short mannered and was observed rolling eyes at customers. He was upset at us because we weren’t aware our drinks were ready because no one said anything??? We weren’t even instructed to pick them up there so idk what his problem was. He was also seen not washing his hands after being in the bathroom and returning to work without washing his hands… that’s disgusting

MARIO, ROB and DOUG, they are fast and friendly. They reginiz the regulars that come in and they are ahead of the order, makes things really fast!!!! Great work ethic and team work!

Watch these guys. They show a regular gourmet fries and a regular drink on their board for $5.48. They ring it up as cheese and bacon fries for $3.99 and drink for2.49 for a total of $6.48. Hustled for a dollar. You too possibly. Buyer beware!

Employees are so rude at least the two guys the one in the arm bandage and the older guy, not worth your time. Taste was nothing good and the fries were soggy.

If you’re considering spending your hard-earned money at Charlie’s Cheese Steaks in the Grand Junction Mall, do yourself a favor: don’t. I paid $20 for two “sandwiches” that would struggle to qualify as bread with toppings. These were embarrassingly small, with barely a whisper of meat or cheese — ironic, considering cheese is supposedly in their name.

When I politely pointed out that my sandwich was more “air” than actual food, the worker slapped — yes, slapped — a cold slice of cheese onto the bread like they were punishing it. No apology, no attempt to fix the order. Just pure, unfiltered apathy.

The customer service? Imagine being treated like you’re inconveniencing them by existing. That’s the vibe. It felt like I walked into a culinary scam run by people who’ve never eaten a sandwich in their life.

This place is a joke. A sad, overpriced, flavorless joke. Charlie’s Cheese Steaks should be ashamed — and if corporate is reading this, you should be too. You’re not running a restaurant. You’re running a sandwich crime scene

Cashier unwelcoming service. Ordered strawberry lemonade. While waiting was not aware he placed a regular lemonade on top of beverage fountain.

I showed him a receipt I placed an order for strawberry lemonade. I finally got the correct beverage made but with an attitude. This is rudest Charley's I ever been to.

I used to absolutely love Charlie’s cheesesteaks, but this last order was the straw that finally broke the camels back. I ordered a cheesesteak and requested no Onions, as I am highly allergic. I opened up my order to see it loaded with onions and peppers (two things I specifically requested off) I called shortly after, trying to see if I was given the wrong order and was sent almost to voicemail after one ring. It has now been 24hours without any attempts to contact back. It’s one thing when people can’t follow directions, but it’s another thing whenever you don’t have enough integrity to try to resolve an issue created by your company. From this point forward, I will only order cheesesteaks from pardon my cheesesteaks because at least they can follow directions.

I scheduled an order a few hours in advance for takeout and chose to pick it up at 7:40 and when I arrived a guy with glasses told me he was sorry but they had closed like 20 minutes ago and the time on the map said they closed at 8. Bad service.
